 Os Indefinite Pronouns são palavras usadas para falar de pessoas, lugares ou coisas de forma não específica.

 PEOPLE (Pessoas)

Forma	Significado	Uso
Someone / Somebody	alguém	Frases afirmativas (+)
Anyone / Anybody	alguém / qualquer pessoa	Perguntas (?) e negativas (-)
No one / Nobody	ninguém	Frases afirmativas com sentido negativo
Everyone / Everybody	todos / todo mundo	Falar de todas as pessoas

Exemplos

• Someone is calling you. (Alguém está ligando para você.)
• Is anybody home? (Tem alguém em casa?)
• Nobody knows the answer. (Ninguém sabe a resposta.)
• Everybody is happy. (Todo mundo está feliz.)

 PLACES (Lugares)

Exemplos

• I left my keys somewhere. (Deixei minhas chaves em algum lugar.)
• Did you go anywhere? (Você foi a algum lugar?)
• The cat is nowhere. (O gato não está em lugar nenhum.)
• Flowers are everywhere. (Há flores por toda parte.)

Exemplos

• I know nothing about it. (Não sei nada sobre isso.)
• Everything is ready. (Tudo está pronto.)

Regra Fácil

 Some usado principalmente em frases afirmativas.

• Someone
• Somewhere
• Something

 Any usado em perguntas e frases negativas.

• Anyone
• Anywhere
• Anything

No significa nenhum(a) ou ninguém. A frase permanece afirmativa.

• Nobody
• Nowhere
• Nothing

 Every significa todos, tudo ou em todos os lugares.

• Everybody
• Everywhere
• Everything
